Changes to your support portal access

Starting Monday, July 4th, 2022, all Opsview customers will need to access the ITRS Group customer support portal to create or access tickets. IMPORTANT- Your current Opsview login details cannot be ported over to the new system. A new login needs to be created from July 4th onwards.

Migration of the Opsview portal takes place between Friday, July 1st at 11pm UK through to Monday, July 4th at 9am UK. During this time, you will be unable to log tickets in either of the systems, but you can still submit tickets via email. These will be dealt with during normal working hours. For customers that have 24x7 service, you can still access support via the 24-hour phone line [there’s no change to the phone number].

Information on how to create a login will be sent nearer to the go live date.
